Apple Watch Series 7 Freezes at Random Times of the Day

I misplaced my apple watch 1 1/2 months ago, and finally found it last night. Since then, my watch has remained frozen for hours on at least 3 different occasions and there's essentially nothing I can do. I've tried to press/hold the crown and power button (at the same time and separately) and nothing helps.
