I am trying to connect using an Insignia dual HDMI adapter, which works fine with my windows laptop.

Here is the adapter I'm using: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-6-4k-ultra-hd-hdmi-cable-2-pack-black/5179800.p?skuId=5179800

Here is the screen I'm using: https://www.amazon.com/VA24EHE-Adaptive-Sync-FreeSync-mountable-Flicker-free/dp/B07Z8TC28F/ref=sr_1_1_mod_primary_new?crid=2CBHCICL7TSIB&keywords=Asus+va24ehe+23.8&qid=1661670265&sbo=RZvfv%2F%2FHxDF%2BO5021pAnSA%3D%3D&sprefix=asus+va24ehe+23.8%2Caps%2C131&sr=8-1

Tried some of the common fixes, such as:

  1. Disconnect/reconnecting
  2. Changing the scaled resolution in System Display settings
  3. Going to SystemPreferences --> Clicking Displays -- Holding option key -- > and clicking on Detect Displays

Your help is much appreciated.

Thank you
