Well I have got a $25 giftcard and I want something for $10 but it is not letting me pay with my apple gift card what do I do?

(outside the United States) When redeeming a gift card, the amount will be credited to your (1) Apple ID balance and (2) you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
