FT audio is acting up

Does anyone's audio for ft randomly goes up or down? and when you use the buttons to turn it up or down the volume stays the same even when the meter says the volume is on the lowest setting or the highest setting? I would also use the control center to adjust my volume but it still won't adjust. Only way to change the volume is to go on tiktok or instagram with a video and turn it down but will go unstable again within 10mins.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
