Face ID Doesn’t Recognize Me

Happy Labor Day. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations but Face ID still doesn’t recognize me in apps I have reset Face ID 3 times, cleaned the cameras, etc but nothing seems to work. I don’t want to take the drastic step of a device reset. ?
