iPhone won’t make or receive calls, if any type

My iPhone 7+ will not make nor receive calls, every time someone calls me or I try to call someone, it says call failed. I’ve tried resetting my phone mutiple times, and I am at the latest IOS version. This problem has only started since I have updated my phone to the new IOS.
