Once I share my tickets in apple wallet, do they still remain in my wallet?

Yes. However, if you share those tickets/passes from the app that generated them, then it may remove them from your Wallet. You will have to do the research on this based on the app that you may be using. Sharing directly from the Wallet App will not remove them from Wallet.
