Is it possible that I may upgrade my Iphone 13 pro max to Iphone 14 and pay less the ammount

Yes, you can trade it in through Apple. Most carriers also offer an additional credit, but that means you are locked into them for the duration (ex. 2 years with T-Mobile). But it is an opportunity to get a "free" 14 (I have two on the way myself). When preordering, click the monthly payment option and then click on the "carrier" button. You will then see the offers. Don't worry, you haven't committed to anything at that point and can always change it before finalizing your order.
