I have a question I Recently bought my phone (iPhone 13 pro max) July 26, 2022. Can I return my phone and exchange it for the new one iphone 14 pro max ? I didn’t know the new one was coming out.

No. The return period was 14 days from the date of purchase.

You might be able to trade it in, but you’ll make out much better to sell it outright and use the money to buy what you want.
