can’t accept apple media services terms and conditions on apple store

So this happened after I downloaded the ios 16 no matter what I tried like I tried restarting phone checking the connection but none of them worked

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Yep it’s annoying since I can’t update my apps or download anything
