You can’t delete the app store app. If you could delete it, where would you download again from?

Swipe to the App Library on your phone and search for it. Or search for it on any Home Screen by swiping down from the middle of the screen to get the Search feature.

Also make sure that you don’t have restrictions set in Screentime that would prevent you from downloading and deleting apps.
