How can I update to iOS 13 this iphone6

You cannot do so, it does not have sufficient RAM to run iOS 13 or later and you cannot add it. You will need to acquire I new device such as a 6s or 7 to run iOS 15 and an iPhone 8 or later to run iOS 16.
An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above.
