iTunes on Microsoft -- I am watching a movie purchased via iTues but it won't play past approximately two-thirds into the film. First time this is happening. Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, What is the solution?

Incomplete download? Assuming this is a purchase from Apple you try deleting the copy you have (backup first) and then see if it will stream or redownload properly. If the issue persists and we're talking about a recent purchase report the issue at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
