Exporting highlights from Books app no longer works on iOS 16 [bug report]

Thank you so much. Although it is a little tedious, but it works just fine. For now, this should work for me.

This is useful, although I found it easier to do on a Mac where I could do a command mouse-click to do multiple selects — getting the touches right on my iPad was just too difficult for me.

Anyone else find that when copying multiple notes in Mac, the notes are not in chronological or contextual order?

Yes, a very important feature. I 100% agree.

Is there a function to transfer purchased/collected books in your library to an alternative application?

I'm using it with macOS Ventura & iOS/iPadOS 16 without any problem.

This doesn’t seem to be fixed in 16.2, I guess it’s just not a priority.

Definitely time to switch to another app and leave the Apple Book store/book reader for the duration

Thank you, this helps a bit, but the exported notes end up all messed up when done this way. The order is inconsistent as well as lot of text being copied multiple times.

This makes Apple Books useless for students. I’m so sad this feature is gone.

I concur. Apple PLEASE bring back or create an easier solution to export notes and highlights.

Thanks Vlad, I’ve already discovered I can get a link to the book itself, however that is only a small part of an ideal solution.
