Stuck on Lock Screen

My iPhone is stuck on the Lock Screen and the screen is unresponsive. Is there any way to fix it?

Does restarting the phone allow the screen to become responsive again? To do so, press volume up once, press volume down once, and then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
