Issue with iOS 16 upgrade in iPhone 11

Camera and FaceTime app disappear in the desk in my iPhone 11 after upgrading to IOS16.

did anyone have same issue?

Use App Library to search the apps you are looking for, see this Apple article:

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you have find the apps, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
