Font on iCloud Pages

How could i add my own font from my documents witch i create on iPad pages in iCloud pages to my same own fonts on pc to show it correctly to continue editing or export?

It's not possible yet. You can ask for this feature via

http://www.apple.com/feedback

You could export your Pages doc to Word format and email it to your pc.
