my iphone 12 pro max have been stolen

my iphone 12 pro max was stolen in a car and before i got home to track it i have been sign in ios8, macOS Yosemite so i was not able to track it please is there any other way i can still track my iphone.

if the device is not set up in your iCloud account you will need to contact law enforcement. Apple cannot asset with finding it.
