Iphone 14 pro eSIM

If I want to buy an iPhone 14 Pro without a carrier in the US to use internationally (where eSIM doesn't exist yet), do they come with a sim card slot? Or all of the US iPhones are eSIM?

All iPhone 14 and 14 Pro models sold in the US are eSIM only -- no SIM slot.
