bought apple pencil 2, want to exchange with apple pencil 1st generation
Yesterday i bought apple pencil 2nd generation. But it is not compatible with my ipad 9th generation. So i have to buy apple pencil 1generation. What should i do now ?

Just go back to the store where you purchased,,bring the receipt and exchange the 2nd Apple Pencil for a 1st gen one and get the refunded purchase amount difference back, in cash, if possible.
