I have less than 2GB left in my Iphonez 13 pro max, I was thinking if I import my photos to my MacBook can I delete them from my iPhone or they will be deleted from the Mac as well? thank you

You can certainly move your photos to your MacBook and then delete them from your iPhone. Just don't sync them with iCloud on your MacBook and then delete them as they'd delete from iCloud as well.
