The Facebook account on my iPad belongs to a Adolfo it contains his information and pictures of his friends and it’s in Spanish. It appeared last night I don’t know how that happened my Facebook is no longer there. My iPhone does have my Facebook account. What do I do to fix it. Have I been hacked

Log out of that account and close Facebook … restart your iPad … then open Facebook again, logging in as yourself. You may also want to follow razmee209’s advice and contact Facebook/Meta to let them know what happened. It would also be a good use to change your Facebook password.

Not an IPad or Apple issue. Contact Meta or look at their support site.
