Using 3 screens with Keynote, without blanking one out?

I'm not sure if this has been asked recently, as I could only find a very old thread about this.

I need to teach online (on zoom, specifically). I am using 3 screens:

Screen 1: slideshow, zoom screensharing this

Screen 2: Zoom chat and Q&A, zoom attendee gallery or anything else I might need to screen share or monitor (like Mentimeter)

Screen 3: presenter notes

While I understand software and graphics limitations, the last update on the old thread was in 2015. 7 years have passed and I still encountered this problem today. My only workaround was to convert the presentation to PowerPoint and use it. PowerPoint had no problem leaving one display free for me to do as I please.

If this shortfall hasn't been sorted yet, has someone found a good workaround? Toggling between windows doesn't work for me, as I need to be able to monitor the chat while presenting.

Use Play > In Window. This is a recent feature two years ago.

Zoom in particular, requires this setting.
