How do I changed credit card to be charged on a subscription

Welcome to the Apple Community

Seems Apple will attempt to charge payment methods in order from top to bottom.

Eg: You can drag the credit card you want to be charged to the top of the list. 

(NB: If you have an Apple balance: You can't change the order in which Apple ID balance is charged.)

If you want to add a new card, you would need to add it first, eg: before trying to delete an old card:

To change details online: sign in to your online Apple ID account:
