Phone battery draining, Usage by app not available at night

Iphone 13 mini, ios 16.0.2., Battery health is at 100%. Phone is discharging during night, yet battery usage by app is not available during nighttime. How can I enable this feature and understand which app is draining my battery. I am coming from an older iphone SE that dropped 1-3% during night. Now with the new OS battery is dropping 9-10% during night. Just to save some time - Background app refresh is off, automatic updates is off, iClound backups are off. Battery life during days also is worse than expected from 100% battery and new phone. The problem persists if phone is online or in flight mode - drain is still there. I am not a heavy user and once again - comparing to older iPhone with ios 15. I am aware of screen brigtness and all other things like 5G etc. that drain more - I do not use them. Night drain is most likely the same thing that reduces battery life during day, so I need to get to the bottom of it.
