Where to download OS 12.6 installer, App Store only goes directly to update. I need to do a clean install to fix the "You must be owner to complete installation" error I've been fighting since installing 12.0.

I get this error when trying to use Terminal command. "Install failed with error: Installation failed" Thoughts? I'm hesitant to Erase all content without a plan B if this type of error happens. This is a business computer & use it everyday. Thank you for your help!
App Store, the App Store link to the older macOS downloads (below) and the Terminal command (examples below) all point to the same installer. There are no longer downloadable point updaters.

softwareupdate --list-full-installers
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 12.6
My System Preferences doesn't show that option:

As mentioned earlier Only on Apple Silicon it T2 equipped machines
Then there is always the " Erase All Content and Settings " followed by reinstallation.
Stand to be corrected, but in theory this should bring down the 12.6 version and you setup the machine almost like Out of the Box.
