Battery not charging unless I completely shut down my iPhone 12 after iOS16 update

hello. After I installed IOS 16 I can't charge my phone. When I connect it to charge, it shows that it is charging, but it does not add to the battery percentage. It only charges if I completely turn off the phone and plug in the charger. Iphone 12.
