how to update a version on Imac

HI, I have just purchased Office 365 online at £5.99 a month but when I try to install it, it says I need a version of 10.15. It says I have Version 10.12.6


what do I need to do to get office on my iMac ?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and depending on which iMac model you have, then on the download link for Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. It needs to be at least a 2012 one to run the current version of Office 365.


Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
