Text tones are not downloading

I have purchased & downloaded two text tones but they are not showing up in my ringtones. I have rebooted my phone but nothing is working

Why can’t I use my ringtones for my text tones? Long time ago, in a distant land, I purchased a ringtone and was able to use it as a text tone. Now all of a sudden two days ago it disappeared, and it only lets me use it for ringtones, not text tones. On my other iPhone, using a different Apple ID it works just fine and gives me the options to use text tones for ringtones and vice versa. Apple what is going on and why is it not working all of a sudden?

Ringtones that I have purchased are not accessible And before anyone suggest that I go, and re-download everything and look at the web link that someone might cut and paste… I’ve already done that. I’ve restarted my phone. I spoke to a specialist from Apple care who had the nerve to tell me that ringtones can’t be used as text alert, tones and that’s why they’re not working. Can someone give me some advice here thank you guys
