Why?
How can I synch them? Or can I?
If not, why worry?

login is the one on your Mac for you user.
iCloud is the items synch'd between devices on iCloud.
I don't know if you can sync them or if it would be wanted. I do know I have some passwords that don't get sync'd to other devices, but I have never attempted to get those onto iCloud.

I understand the difference, but want to share passwords among all my devices through iCloud. How do I ensure they are shared?
