iCloud recovered

Hi. I got a new Apple because my last one doesn’t work anymore. But I could not open my iCloud account because I don’t remember my password. I had my old phone for a while and never changed the password. I do not have access to my iCloud email. And it is the only way I can recover my last iCloud account. What should I do?

As you mentioned - I had my old phone for a while and never changed the password. I do not have access to my iCloud email. And it is the only way I can recover my last iCloud account.

Where is the iPhone , if you are not having Apple ID apple support can't help , talk to your recipients you must be sending mails from that Apple ID .

How is your account set up with secondary authentication in which three answers for respective questions , date of birth , rescue mail address and its password or with two factor authentication , the credentials must be known to you .

To Get the eMail Changed...

Contact Apple Support: Ask the Apple Rep to modify it over the phone. If permitted to do so, then inform to modify the Phone Number associated to your Apple Account, to what it should be. Important: Perform a Trial & Error login session with the Apple Rep prior to ending the phone call.

Contact ApleSupport.

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
