I’d gain access to change my phone number but I can’t figure out how to change my password?? When I couldn’t gain my old Apple ID due to changing phone number I created a new Apple ID. But I figured out how to change my phone number for my old Apple ID but I can’t figure out how to change my password

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
