Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:
Start with a Force Restart:
Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
Try the Tips at these Apple Support Links:
Try a hard off. Push top left and right buttons to run off. Then right button to restart.
Must push both buttons at same time and hold until it asks if you want to shut it down.
