Apple Store - "We’re waiting for your payment" with payment already made

I recently ordered an iPad Pro with an apple pencil, they already charged the full amount including taxes and the payment was successful as I double checked with my bank. Despite this, only the apple pencil was processed but the iPad Pro status appear as "We’re waiting for your payment".


My problem is, i'm from Guatemala and they don't have any kind of support contact for my region and i'm unable to solve the issue. What else could I do or how could I get in touch with them?
