Camera application

When I use my ShopBack or pace to verify my identity I have to scan through my document with their app camera. When I try to scan it’s blurred not able to scan my previous iPhone 8 Plus working nicely but this new iPhone 14 pro max can’t… even life fitness app barcode scan also blurred unable to scan or login to the apps
