Hi, we are having an iPhone at our Organization for our work. Unfortunately the person who was using the phone left the organization with phone locked with his passcode/PIN. Could you please let me know what are the options to unlock the phone?

Simplest and fastest fix by far would be to get the passcode from the guy who left.
