To check what is inside iCloud Drive you can do one of the following methods:

Using Files app

Open the Files app
Press the on menu icon and select iCloud Drive
Check what’s inside that is taking up so much space.

Using Settings > iCloud

Open Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive > Manage Storage

Using iCloud.com

Go to iCloud.com
Sign in using your Apple ID
Press on iCloud Drive
