My HDD space is over. I made a backup of iPhone of my friend recently in test purpose, but now, cannot clean it up. I cannot find ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ through magnifier. What is the other way I could search for backup location?

Look for iOS backups…
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Try using Menu>About This Mac>Storage>Manage...>iOS Files>Select desired device>Delete.
