I haven't owned or used an Android device since the Google Pixel 4, so my Android skills and knowledge are a little rusty.

The default mail app should have the ability to add new accounts (non-Gmail) to the phone. Depending on who made your phone (Samsung, Motorola, Asus), the company may elect to include a non-Google email application (APK) in the software menu. It could say Email or Mail. If you have never used that application before, you can go through the prompts as if you are a new user setting up their account for the first time. Note, this would be considered a local account on the phone and not tied to a Google account.

In addition to Gmail, the Gmail app on Android can also be used to send and receive messages from non-Gmail based accounts. You will need to go into the settings of the Gmail application to add an account. I believe this will also be considered a local account on the phone and not sync up with your Gmail. (If your intention is to keep them separate, this is fine. If you are looking to merge them for some reason, be mindful of this limitation) Google may already interpret what the IMAP settings are/would be for an iCloud email. If not, use the previously supplied link.

I believe you can purchase more storage for iCloud without an Apple device through a Windows-based PC if you are logged into the iCloud app on your computer. Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
