Change capitalisation in iMessage

There is another way. Once you have typed a sentence or are in the middle of a sentence, then you can TOUCH & HOLD on the Space Bar until the keyboard turns into a Trackpad. Then, without lifting your finger, you can then slide your finger left or right to place the cursor exactly where you want it. Try it.

You can tap and move your cursor to that letter and then delete it and enter a capitalized letter.
