I found out my order is shipped by DHL and its still ON HOLD for 7days now includong saturday and sunday. Anyone experienced this too? Did you received yours already?

the status was "ON HOLD" still no update till today. should I be concern?
We see this complaint in a number of user complaints about orders going to the Philippines. It sounds like a Customs hold. As your fellow end users, we cannot research this further.
its all good. i will remember it from now on. its their protocol. on hold means theyre still on process of completion to ship the item
