unlock the iPhone please I bought it at an auction without a box with a blocked icloud.

The iPhone is locked to the previous owner and is useless to you unless you can contact this person and have them unlock the phone. See How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support. If you bought the device at an auction finding the previous owner might be difficult.
Your only other recourse is to return it to the auction house and demand a refund. They should not have sold it in this condition.
