Can not pair Apple Watch SE 2022 with iphone

Hello. I can’t pair Apple Watch SE 2022 with iphone 11. It starts pairing, and at the end it dispairing. I restarted the watch, the phone. Everything. Please help me

Is your iPhone running IOS 16 or newer as you need that to pair the watch with Watch OS9?

Do you know if IOS 16 cand damage in any way the usage of iphone 11? I mean it’s a little bit old the phone…
