Black marks on inside of 27" iMac

My iMac is way out of warranty at this point, but there are black marks (splotches?) on the inside of both bottom corners of my screen. What is this and is it repairable? Is it even worth/cost effective to repair?

crack or scratch? While cleaning a screen of my MacBook I have noticed a small line, and I'm not sure whether it crack or scratch? attached there are photos, it is hardly visible on turned-off computer, while on turned-on it is not visible at all, can you identify what is this and how to clean or remove it?
