Why do I keep getting an error message when I attempt to set up my voicemail. I used to be able to get voice messages, but now I can't.

Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.
Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.
Since voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service, contact them and check your traffic plan. They will help you.
