What to do: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly or won’t open – Apple Support

What to do: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen

If needed:

To check Storage: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Storage tips:

If you need more space for an update on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support
