Crackling sound in Beats Studio 3

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing a crackling sound that is only in the right side of my new Beats Studio 3 headphones. It sounds a lot like when wind or a breeze hits a microphone which makes me think this issue is connected to the noise cancelling feature. I tried forgetting all of me devices, resetting the headphone, and also making sure all of my apple products are up to date on all IOS. Nothing seems to work. I just brought these headphone in early September of this year, I feel it's way too soon to be running into issues like this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
