How do I recover Notes if I never made a backup? Not in recently deleted folder either.

I turned off my laptop and when I turned it back on, 6 years of Notes were deleted. Nowhere to be found. Gone without a trace. Used 4 different file recovery softwares only to learn that they were buried somewhere in my harddrive, but I could only "see" the pictures from them, but not the text. I managed to recover some of the pictures but NONE of the text. 6 years of writing gone in an instant. What the **** is up with this App? Is there any way for me to get the notes back? It's kind of a big loss...

Help?

See the article Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support

You can recover and edit notes you have deleted in the last 30 days on iCloud.com or on your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID. However, you cannot recover notes you have permanently removed.
