wants to change region but can't because of credit

I want to switch my region, but I can't because I have credit left in my account :( I wanted to ask how can i fix it?? (I have 55 cents so nothing really worked)

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

If you're referring to a different store, check its documentation.
