I've been running into the issue that my AirPod pros will start breaking up while I'm on the phone. when I switch to the Phone speaker it's fine. The only fix I've noticed is I switch the call to speaker for about 30 seconds and what I switch back to the AirPods it works again. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my AirPods by forgetting the device and setting up a new connection many number of times with no change.

We understand you're having some voice quality issues while using AirPods Pro with your iPhone during calls. If you've already reset them and the issue is persisting, test things out further using the Voice Memo app. If your recordings are clear and sound as expected, it's unlikely that there's an issue with the AirPods Pro themselves.
Perhaps try testing them with another device if you can as well to further isolate things.
